Governance
This project is governed by the following bodies:
- Programme Board – this board is the strategic owner for the PSBA Network. The Board provides leadership, direction and control for other governance bodies. It takes the strategic lead on the PSBA Network as an enabler for ‘making the connections’ and for achieving the wider benefits of the Network.
- Management Board - Reporting to the Programme Board, the Management Board is responsible for the contractual and financial management of the PSBA Network through the Project/Service Manager.
- Operational Delivery Group – this group is responsible to the PSBA Management Board for the assuring the operational delivery of the PSBA Network.
- Technical Design Authority – provides and assures technical designs and policies for the PSBA Network. It also provides details on current standards, best practice and future direction for Public Service networking across Wales.
- Change Advisory Board – ensure that changes to the network are appropriately managed by reviewing requested changes.
A core team within the Welsh Assembly Government manages the various activities and interactions between Logicalis the supplier and sector clients, including development, service management, compliance, quality of service and security accreditation.
