April 2008: Service desk opens in Cardiff
A new service desk has been opened in Wales to handle queries and issues on the psba network. Procedures based on the ITIL guidelines and will ensure that the psba users will receive an effective and professional response.
The HEFE (Higher Education/Further Education) PSBA migration commenced in April & continued during May & June with 26 out of 27 locations migrated successfully onto the PSBA network.
