PSBA Service Update

LUK successfully tested the failover of the Internet connections PSBA wide during April. The scale of failover cannot be under estimated; the complexity of failing over the internet for approximately 2000 sites with minimal distribution is seen as a significant success.

During April 99% of PSBA sites met SLA for availability, the best network performance yet recorded. This further builds on the growing confidence and good service reputation of the PSBA. CSIP activities continue to improve performance and indentify areas for customers to own issues. This includes the drive through the Operational Delivery Group (ODG) to review, detailing the ownership and responsibility for driving down the number of repeat customer power issues (which lies with the Customers and the Sector Representatives at the ODG).
