How to...

Within this section we will describe ‘How to…’ work with different areas of PSBA, in this newsletter we discuss the PSBA ‘Complaints Procedure’.

Submission of Complaint:

Call MSCW on 0845 602 7155;
Email MSCW wales.support@uk.logicalis.com OR relevant account manager
OR relevant Project Manager
OR relevant Service Delivery Manager.

Process once complaint is received:

All complaints will be date stamped and added to the complaints register by a complaints officer.

This will be forwarded to the relevant Senior Manager.

Senior Management will formally acknowledge the submission of complaint to the raiser.

The Complaints ‘team’ will record on the Complaints Journal any and all action (s) taken during the course of the investigation.

The complaints officer will notify the complainant within 7 working days. Theses notifications should address the specific areas of the complaint (s) and the actions taken to correct the situation.
