Dave Hylands, a long standing supporter of the PSBA project, has announced his retirement, and the PSBA Management Board will miss his valuable insight and input when he leaves at the end of January. Dave, the Chief Information Systems Officer at Wrexham County Borough Council, has invested his time in taking the PSBA project from a great idea to an invaluable foundation for the collaborative Welsh Public Sector.
Dave sits on the PSBA Management Board and the Operational Delivery Group, providing leadership and direction and control on behalf of the 22 Welsh Unitary Authorities, and is an active contributor to the contractual and financial management of the PSBA Network.

All participants in the PSBA project wish Dave a well earned and happy retirement.

On recently attending the PSBA Forum in North Wales, Dave commented *I*m very impressed with the calibre of presenter and feel that the other attendees have learned a great deal about PSBA and the future direction of the network, and that the open approach to the question and answer session supports a better understanding of the requirements of all sectors on the network and how we can best collaborate together. I would encourage you all try hard to get along to the forums in your area.*

* The network is not just about connectivity, it*s about growth, involvement and working together. I*m very proud to be a part of a pan Wales cross sector network * the PSN for Wales * and I look forward to seeing it growing from strength to strength.'
