During the month of April 2010 PSBA sent out to a small number of PSBA users a customer satisfaction survey for feedback on the

- Website
- Customer Engagement.
This
survey was sent out to get feedback to help us improve our service and
to provide input into the PSBA continuation service improvement
programme.
