PSBA Service Portal Benefits
The PSBA Service Portal is a secure web site that provides a single point to access PSBA service related information, give users the ability to raise and view PSBA service related requests and enables users to request quotes for new PSBA connectivity services
The no-cost portal allows authorised users within an organisation or sector, who have signed a PSBA Connect Agreement*, personalised access to their unique PSBA service related information. Levels of access depend on the individual and their role within the organization.
PSBA Service Portal allows users to have flexibly (anytime access which help run services efficiently), save time, reduce paper flows and lower support costs.
This secure Portal provides users with:
- Secure, access to services across the PSBA network
- Complete flexibility i.e. 24/7 access
- Ability to track Wales Managed Service Centre (MSC) calls logged on-line or by telephone
- Sight of the real-time status of their network services
- Monitoring local services performance
If you order PSBA services, manage their delivery, provide first-line support or want more technical information on the performance of your PSBA services then you need access to the PSBA Service Portal.
Access to the PSBA portal is governed by log-in credentials, users view information that is pertinent to them, below is a list of content available:
Home page – PSBA Service Portal Introduction, review overall service status and notifications
Requests - Raise a general service request and to view a list of service requests
Connectivity Orders - Request a quote and to view a list of quote requests
Site Visits - View a list of planned site visits
Network Reporting - View sector level reports
Network Status – View the status of the network at site level, organization or sector level
Incidents - Ability to raise a network incident and view details of any incidents
User Administration - Create a new user
Help - Click on the Help icon located at the top right hand corner of each screen.
To get access to the Portal contact the Wales MSC on 0845 602 7155 or speak to your designated Administrative user (only PSBA customers have access to this service). If you do contact the Wales MSC they will obtain permission from the Recipient Organisation before providing access details.

*The PSBA Connect Agreement is a document signed by a Recipient and Logicalis to enable ordering and use of PSBA services, this needs to be signed before access to the PSBA Service Portal can be provided.
