PSBA Service Portal
This PSBA Service Portal is designed to provide Welsh public sector organisations with online access to PSBA service related information, raise and view service related requests and request quotes for new connectivity services.
The portal provides resources and information to authorised users in organisations that have a PSBA Connect Agreement with the PSBA Network. The Connect Agreement is a document signed by a Recipient and Logicalis to enable ordering and use of PSBA services.
The portal delivers a single point of personalised information based on the authorised user’s role in their organisation or sector. It provides designated users with flexible, anytime access which help run services efficiently, save time, reduce paper flows and lower support costs.
Current PSBA Service Portal functions:
- Home page – PSBA Service Portal Introduction, review overall service status and notifications
- Requests - Raise a general service request and to view a list of service requests
- Connectivity Orders - Request a quote and to view a list of quote requests
- Site Visits - View a list of planned site visits
- Network Reporting - View sector level reports
- Network Status – View the status of the network at site level, organization or sector level
- Incidents - Ability to raise a network incident and view details of any incidents
- User Administration - Create a new user
- Help - Click on the Help icon located at the top right hand corner of each screen.

Future releases will introduce additional functionality, areas under consideration include:
- Full user administration facilities including password re-set and contact details amendment;
- Service Testing facilities;
- Recipient Organisation and Site information and maintenance facilities;
- Service hints and tips;
- Efficiency Change information;
- Improved user interface; and
- Complaints management
If you are involved in ordering PSBA services, managing their delivery, providing first-line support to your users or want more technical information on the performance of your PSBA services then you need access to the PSBA Service Portal.

Access to the PSBA Service Portal is managed by an Administrative User within each Recipient Organisation, who is able to set up new portal users within his or her Recipient Organisation. Administrative User are set up when new Recipient Organisations become a customer for PSBA services.
